liebes mara bush camp-team,

nun sind wir zu hause und haben eine menge unvergesslicher erinnerungen aus kenia, besonders von der masai mara, mitgebracht. :)
es war eine safari, von der wir immer geträumt haben. wir haben viele löwen, geparden und sogar leoparden gesehen. auch die flussüberquerung der zebras und gnus, leider mit keinem guten ende für einige dieser tiere, haben wir miterlebt. es war faszinierend! :eek

das mara bush camp war der perfekte ort, um sich nach einem ereignisreichen tag am lagerfeuer zu entspannen. es herrschte dort eine sehr familiäre und freundliche atmosphäre. alle mitarbeiter des camps waren zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

deshalb sagen wir hier für: dankeschön!!!

wenn wir nochmal eine safari machen, dann nur mit sunworld safaris!
wir werden euch weiterempfehlen.

Have travelled a lot but the Mara and the Mara Bush Camp are forever in my heart and I cannot wait to return.

If you are reading this guestbook, then hopefully you are seriously considering a trip to the Maasai Mara. Well, look no further and just book with this company! I was lucky to be part of a group which stayed in the Mara Bush camp in March this year. To say I had the time of my life is an understatement. From the moment of arriving to the camp, not too far from the airstrip, we were welcomed like family! Nothing was too much trouble, the camp is really delightful, comfortable and with every detail considered to ensure a wonderful stay. The tents are beautiful, immaculately clean and the bed so comfortable, it was only the total excitement of the early morning drives that got me out of it! Without exception, the staff are faultless in their care, consideration and kindness. Our drivers and trackers, John, James and Wilson were masters of their art. They found us leopards, lions and cheetah pretty much every day and in the most difficult of locations for us mere mortals to spot with our own eyes. Their knowledge and absolute respect and care of the animals they positioned us to see, was fantastic. Always ensuring the animals were happy with the distance the vehicles kept from them, but giving us, photographers and videographers, the best possible angles and lighting for the perfect shots. Having been on many safaris before, I was just amazed and delighted at the wildlife encountered on this trip. Huge herds of elephants and zebra, along with all the big cats,amazing bird life, everything you could wish for on the perfect safari experience.
After a long but wonderful day, with breakfast in the bush and sometimes lunch too for us enthusiasts..we often returned late for dinner. However, never was there a cross look or word, just a wonderful warm greeting, followed by a hot shower, then the most marvelous dinners, served in the main dining tent. How the chefs can prepare such feasts in a bush camp tent kitchen is just magical! Evenings then spent sharing our sightings with the group, seated around a roaring camp fire, the sounds of the hippos and hyaenas close around us, the stars above like diamonds on a black velvet sky....its just perfect in every way! Our camp host, Omar was delightful, always smiling and interested in our days adventures. The size of the camp ensures that the ratio of staff to guest is perfect, with you never having to wait to be escorted to your tent or back. I loved every single moment of this trip and could not recommend a stay at the Bush Camp more highly. I\'ve been bringing groups to film Big Cats in the Masai Mara for years, and for the first time have just used Mara Bush Camp run by Sunworld Safaris. It is by far the best camp we have stayed at, the location and staff were superb throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager Nadeem Omar was excellent, the food was superb, the drivers just perfect. All the group had the time of their lives, their comments in the camp guestbook were moving. I shall be bringing more groups back - why would I go anywhere else now! Thanks so much to all the Sunworld and Bush Camp team.
