Herzlichen Dank für die Betreuung vor Ort! Von nächtlichen Flußpferdbesuchen über Tipps für die Chamäleon-Suche bis hin zur Lagerfeuerromantik war alles da, was wir uns wünschten. Das ganze Team arbeitete perfekt im Vorder- und Hintergrund so, dass wir alles erleben und genießen konnten, was uns in mitten in das Naturparadies geführt hatte.

Dear Sabine, dear Mara Bush Camp team,
almost six weeks ago i had to leave Kenya unfortunately, but finally today i would like to say a big thank you to you all for another unforgettable time in the Maasai Mara!
It was my third visit at Mara Bush Camp now, but my first time in October during the wildebeest migration, and i have to admit this was my best stay there until yet! As usual i was overwhelmed by the warm hospitality of the whole staff! For me it was like coming home! I was fascinated to watch how lovingly and patiently the staff took care of the little granddaughter of my friends (Toto)! They did everything to make Toto`s stay comfortable and pampered her like a little princess!
For the first time of my life i could hear the lions roaring close to Mara Bush Camp, and the steps of the hippo, who came along my tent in the late evening, sounded very funny! The sounds of the African nights are always so magic!
Even though many wildebeests already had left the Mara, i could find enough of them grazing around the Mara Bush Camp, what a difference to February...;o) As a great elephant lover i was so fascinated by the beautiful Mara elephants, i could watch them many hours, and i was deeply touched by their peaceableness, their beauty and their loving behaviours!
Another special, educational and interesting highlight of my safari was the visit of the Maasai school, close to Mara Bush Camp, which started in May this year on the own initiative of the Maasai community! They have nothing in the two classrooms except 2 school desks, 2 blackboards and one board for learning the ABC for about 90 to 100 pupils! I really love the fact that they planted trees in front of their school! In my opinion this school is really worth to be supported, and i wish those dedicated teachers a lot of success with this school which is so needed!
In the end i would like to say a special warm thank you to my tourguide Mwashi and his little brother Nelson, Sabine (the manager), David (my roomsteward), Peter (the barman), the Askari, who always accompanied me within the camp (unfortunately i forgot his name) and Owour (i hope, i am spelling his name correctly)! You all my make stay at Mara Bush Camp very comfortable!
I am not sure when i will return to Mara Bush Camp, but i am sure i will be back to this paradise as soon as possible!

Liebe Sabine, liebes Mara Bush Camp Team,
unser kurzer Aufenthalt im September war wie immer ein tolles Erlebnis.
Ein Super-Team, ein luxuriöses Camp, toll eingerichtete Zelte und leckeres Essen.
Abends am Lagerfeuer den Tag mit einem Gläschen ausklingen lassen. Was will man mehr.
Einen Pool gibt's nicht. Den hatte Hemingway auch nicht!:-)
Wer den braucht, sollte im Hotel bleiben!
Sabine, bitte einen ganz lieben Gruß an den Rest vom Team.

Der Aufenthalt in eurem Camp, leider war es nur eine Nacht, hat uns angenehm überrascht und sehr gefallen. Mitten im Busch in der Natur, wo man einfach alles hatte was man brauchte.Ein nächstes Mal würden wir früher buchen, um mehr Auswahl bezüglich Daten zu haben.
Leider war unser Driver den wir von Nairobi mitgebracht haben nicht ganz glücklich mit der Verpflegung, worauf wir ihn zu unserem Frühstück eingeladen haben, was er sehr zu schätzen wusste.
Nochmals vielen Dank für die nette Bewirtung.

Liebe Sabine,
liebes Mara Bush Camp Team,
wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die unvergesslichen Tage bei Euch bedanken! Wir haben so viel mehr Tiere gesehen als wir erwartet haben und hatten noch dazu das Glück ein crossing mitzuerleben. Wir haben uns im Camp sehr wohl gefühlt und werden jedem, der einmalige Tiererlebnisse sucht und dabei auf einen gewissen Komfort nicht verzichten möchte, aber überflüssigen Luxus wie z.B. einen Pool nicht benötigt, gerne das Mara Bush Camp und sein tolles Team empfehlen.
